Any organization which is categorised under the service sector is expected to be a “problem-solver”. Public safety organization especially must strive constant improvement and solve their problem. This means inculcating both organizational change and cultural change. This means equal participation from each and every member of the organization. The target should be to create a problem solving culture which lasts for a very long time. The members of organization must be engaged in the problem solving activity on day to day basis. This will bring about accountability and transparency.
